Depending on how you use the site, we may process: • Account details (name, email, password credentials) • Chat messages and uploaded documents you choose to share • Technical logs needed to run and secure the service (for example IP address and browser type)

How we use data

We use personal data to provide the assistant, save your chats or cases when you are signed in, improve reliability and security, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

AI and documents

Questions and documents you send may be processed by our systems (and AI providers we use) to generate answers. Treat uploads as sensitive: only share what you need for the question you are asking.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and chat data while your account is active, and for a limited time afterward where needed for security or legal reasons. You can request account deletion; we will remove associated personal data unless we must keep limited records by law.
